This proposal focuses on increasing water supply and providing transparency in the water market by creating a "mesh network" of water suppliers and increasing communications channels between suppliers and end-users to promote transparent pricing. The team recommends empowering community entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, educational materials and best practices for operation, and creating a virtual marketplace via mobile technologies to reduce inefficiencies.
