This proposal notes inadequate resources, water quality, sanitation, and problems with existing solutions as challenges. The team recommends leveraging partnerships with existing distribution channels of the global beverage industry to deliver clean drinking water. The team suggests using existing infrastructure, in combination with development of new businesses, like public lavatories, bathing facilities, and laundries.
