This proposal cites limited access to water and sanitation, as well as inadequate fundraising and insufficient aid flows as major challenges. The team recommends a holistic approach involving key actors such as water dreamers, or local change agents to coordinate local projects, government, public, and private institutions, and a multi-partner fundraising process.
