This proposal notes a lack of access to clean water and sanitation, insufficient capital, lack of awareness, and problems with existing solutions as major challenges. The team recommends partnering with multinational consumer packaging goods corporations (CPGs) to create local community utilities, employ an innovative loyalty system, and to leverage the CPG's marketing budget to raise awareness.
