This proposal recommends combining water and sanitation services into micro-franchsing through a membership-based franchise model targeting youth. The team suggests offering free and required use of sanitation services to access water, capturing and reusing wastewater, and monetizing human waste byproducts. The team recommends leveraging mobile technology and social networking for payment and information dissemination.
